About Serial Pest Control

Pest Control expertise and industry supporter

After many years in the building industry as a project manager, Doug decided to set up his own pest control business – Serial Pest Control. With building construction particularly relevant to termite management it was an easy transition to make. Ongoing training is required at Serial Pest Control, to ensure we stay on top of the latest techniques and products.

Doug has rapidly become a “stalwart” of the pest control industry and now manages a number of Facebook pages across Australia, all part of the Pest Managers Australia Facebook group, where pest managers can converse on industry relevant issues. Doug has also set up an industry mentoring and training pages, specifically to help out “newbies” to the industry. More recently this has expanded to include arranging training seminar for industry professionals on a variety of subjects.

Fully qualified, licensed and insured

Serial Pest Control staff are fully qualified, licensed and insured to carry out pest control and termite work. It is important for customer to understand that as standard pest control license does not cover termite inspections and termite treatments, these services are covered under timber pest qualifications and is specified separately on the license. Customers should always ask to see their pest manager’s license and a copy of their insurance if they are engaging a new pest control company. Any quality pest control company with present these documents on request and Serial Pest Control are happy to share these documents.

Serial Pest Control is also a member of AEPMA – The Australian Environmental Pest Managers Association – the pest control industry body. This provides our customers the re-assurance that we work to the highest standards.
